RainSoft water treatment review.

My wife and I bought a nice acreage, complete with typical well water. Our next purchase was a very nice, very expensive $3000 whole-house RainSoft water treatment system. Before filling our hot tub I ran a manual cleaning cycle on my RainSoft. When the cycle was done I started filling the hot tub and set the RainSoft for another cleaning cycle at the same time. I was taking such extraordinary measures because this was my second attempt at filling the hot tub. I figured maybe the RainSoft water filter was dirty or over-worked the first time and wanted to run it under the absolute best possible conditions for this second test. Below is a picture of my hot tub full of water. It is actually much worse than it looks, the left side of the tub you are seeing is a shallow bench, the water is less than a foot deep at that point and you can't even see through it (actually you can see it is a slightly lighter color in the left part of the shot). I tried turning on the light at the bottom of the tub but it was nothing but a dull orange glow through all that muck and mire. This is the water that we get to drink every day. Thanks RainSoft, we love you!
