Dave,
I have had my share of troubles with Silverleaf, mainly stemming from this rude "person" and I use the term loosely, that called my place of employment in reference to an error made by my bank. She repeatedly called my job, even after I informed her that I was not going to talk about personal business at my work, and even hung up on her several times. She even called back to ask to speak to my supervisor in reference to my hanging up on her. (I work in a very busy 911/Dispatch enviroment.) She never gives her name and only identifies who she works for after I ask her what she is talking about. I had to change banks due to repeated errors on their part, and even when I faxed the paperwork to change the withdrawl information, I added to remove my work number from the record, that any further calls would be reported to the Attorney General's office. That hasn't stopped them, even after I have called and spoken to the main office and asked them to remove my work number from my records. That has really been my only complaint about them. I do think you have been duped, but I am not so sure it's Silverleaf's fault. When I bought my timeshare, they went into great detail about how it can be used, and even quizzed me before I signed the final papers. Anyway, I hope it all works out for you, I know that you have to be beyond frustrated right now. Thanks, Meridith Seigler
