Did you get any other responses to problems with Silverleaf? Our mom bought a time share there. When we asked to go, they said they needed information, so we could call in and make inquiry for availability. We gave the information. Imagine our shock recently, when mom lost her job, and we were called by them saying we had signed the deed and were liable. They are now pressing charges. The signatures are obviously not ours (not even comparable), and we have proof of being on the job, not even being where they were signed/notorized on the day shown. When trying to understand what in the world, how could this have happened, they have been RUDE and have hung up on us 3 times, even though we were being polite, but very confused and frustrated. We can't believe this is happening.
